Sci-Brain is a science-based program that is designed to encourage lifestyle choices associated with the preservation and improvement of memory and to reduce those factors associated with the development of Alzheimer's disease and related conditions.
The program consists of a comprehensive physical and mental assessment, a personalized Brain Health plan of action, access to ongoing brain research and regular coaching. All interventions are designed to help participants meet their goals for optimum mental sharpness, physical wellbeing, and lifestyles that foster and sustain brain health.
Neurologists and researchers from internationally acclaimed Roskamp Institute, a research organization focused on finding cures for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, manage the Sci-Brain program, evaluate all participants and make individualized, research-based recommendations on lifestyle choices and goals of management of medical conditions associated with brain health.
The Roskamp Institute staff also determines each individual’s Brain Reserve Index (BRI), which is a global measure of lifestyle choices and medical health factors associated with risk for, or prevention of, Alzheimer's disease and related conditions. Participants have the potential to improve the BRI as they master the recommended interventions and goals that are specified in their Brain Health plans.
